Hookah Foil 100 Piece Pack

I have always told people to avoid buying foil marketed specifically for the hookah.  This is because I have had bad experiences in the past.  Most foil like this that I have tried is cheap, super thin and tears way too easily.  This foil from Social Smoke is different.  Entirely different.

This stuff is super heavy duty.  I use heavy duty aluminum foil that I buy from Shaws most of the time and this hookah foil is thicker.

Here are all the problems I have with buying foil made just for the hookah and how this foil holds up

It’s more expensive than buying a role of foil.  That’s still true of this Hookah Foil but you are paying for the convenience.  you always know that it will be flat and smooth so long as you keep it in the box and it’s easily thrown into a hookah bag to bring everything you need to a party.

The pieces are too small for some large bowls.  I have used this stuff on my mini funnels and tiny Egyptian bowls with just as much success as I had using it on my Tangiers funnel.  For those of you that don’t know, Tangiers funnels are quite large.  It’s a well sized piece that won’t fall short but does not waste too much either.

The foil is weak and tears.  I have yet to have any of this tear and it offers some resistance when poking holes.  Heavy duty foil.  There is also no worry about the foil being pulled down into the bowl by airflow or the weight of the coals.  This hookah foil keeps its shape.

It lets too much heat through because it’s so thin.  Again, this stuff is heavier than my heavy duty foil.

I am not going to be ditching my roll of HD foil any time soon but I will be keeping this in my car as a space and time saver.  I like it, think it’s a great product and think that most people could benefit from picking up a pack of 100 pieces to have around for parties and travel.

9 out of 10.  Just because it’s more expensive than buying a roll of foil.
