Everyone has different flavor preferences and it really seems like there are as many different flavors as there are hookah smokers. Just about every single fruit and spice has a hookah tobacco representative or there is one in development. Well, there are some truly strange flavors on the market that I’ve never known anyone to actually enjoy.

King Moassel is the king of bizarre flavors and one of their strangest tobaccos is flavored like carrot. I’ve never wanted to smoke a salad before I found King Moassel Carrot and I still don’t.

Another trip to the garden resulted in King Moassel Oregano. I almost want to find some expired AF grape (from the ketchup batches) combine it with this tobacco and see if I can start down the road to a pizza flavored moassel.

Beer is another flavor that many find a bit odd in the form of hookah tobacco, but I’m actually interested. Of course King Moassel has a beer flavor, but Al Tawareg is a more well known brand that threw their hat in the ring on this one. I love beer and I have to wonder what kind of beer these are supposed to mimic. Are these the sweet, malty and robust flavors that one might expect from a porter or should we be expecting a hop flavored tobacco? Either way, beer flavored hookah tobacco hasn’t exactly become the rage with smokers and I don’t see that trend changing anytime soon.

Speaking of Al Tawareg, All American Whiskey makes an appearance on their list of flavors. I’m kind of apprehensive about this one. There is a lot of complexity in whiskey that I just don’t think is possible in a whiskey flavored hookah tobacco.

King moassel didn’t want to be left behind, so they have their own whiskey flavor. English Scotch is that tobacco, but the name is kind of a contradiction. Scotch, by definition, needs to come from Scotland. An English Scotch can’t exist. Semantics aside, whiskey is just oak flavored ethanol, but I’m actually interested in an oak flavored tobacco. I love whiskey and other woody flavors, so these might be a hit with me where others ask, “Why do I want to smoke lumber?”

Woody flavors have always had a place in the hearts of tobacco smokers and hookah is no different. In the same way that cigars are aged in cedar to enhance and add to their flavor, many traditional hookah tobaccos are aged in cedar boxes for the same reason. I know some that even used cedar oil in their flavoring. Lebanese Bombshell from Starbuzz is actually a cedar flavored tobacco and it’s the first flavor from SB that I’ve actually been interested in for a long while.

King Moassel is back with another lumberyard flavor in Pine Bouquet. All joking aside, I want this one. I am going to mix it with the cedar and whiskey to make a tobacco that tastes like the forest. It will be a manly smoke that causes rapid beard growth and the unexplained urge to clear-cut a plot of land. Please consume responsibly and do so in non-wooded areas.

King moassel closes out this article with three more entries of note. Cognac is definitely not your usual hookah tobacco, but it’s no more weird than red wine. Really, I know that the part of the reason these seem so odd to me is because I am a booze snob. I want to try these tobaccos if for no other reason than to see how close they got to replicating my beloved drinks. I’m not expecting much in he way of accuracy and the last flavor I am going to mention makes me doubt them even more.

I am not joking when I say that vodka is the stupidest flavor for a hookah tobacco that I have ever seen. By it’s very nature, vodka has no flavor. How can you take the flavor of nothing and then replicate that nothing? Maybe they replicated the flavor of cheap vodka, also known as straight ethanol. If that’s the case, they can keep it to themselves.

Have you stumbled upon any other insane hookah flavors that blew your mind? Tell us about them and I’ll try to get my hands on them and tell you what I think.

Tastes are mixed with imaginations in order to enjoy King Moassel unique products, we export all these unique ones in the article to Europe, Russia and Japan, people love and appreciate the efforts we put to provide stuff not available anywhere. People who has the power of pleasure using imagination appreciate those. Paul is trying to compare those flavors to normal double apple which is funny because that’s not the message we send, we do make many regular fruity ones, great ones, such as watermelon, blue berry, guava, etc… excellent sellers all over the world, but an imaginative pleasure is different than just flavor, for example (Censored) tastes like shit but people loves it!!!!
