I’m in a generous mood and it’s time to give you guys a little something. I want you to write me a hookah haiku. If I get ten entries I’m giving away a 100g tin of Social Smoke Tropical Fruit and maybe a couple other goodies to the writer of the best one. No purchase necessary and all judging will be done by me so you know it will be fair.
All you have to do is post the haiku below. I’ll contact the winner once the results are decided and get your prize out to you as soon as possible. If this is successful then I will be doing some more giveaways in the future to keep you up to date with the new flavors and items that I am reviewing.
Tell your friends and be creative. The contest will be open for one week.
The smoke clings to me
Inside and out it holds me
Hookah knows me well
From the top of me
To the very most bottom
With each subtle breath
I pass the hose right
Soon it will come back to me
I will gladly wait
And I’m guessing ten entries from me isn’t enough, haha.
Breathe in the smoke slow
The subtle flavors blending
Exhale, breathe, repeat
Curl your lips just right
Control your breath and then you’ll
Form a smoky ring
Eh, not my best work, but I took a stab at it! 😛
Awesome work so far.
Of course ten entries from you wouldn’t work. Feel free to enter lot of haikus though as I’m just picking the best one to win. Also make sure to tell your friends and get the word out there. I want to be able to justify the next contest I have in mind.
Does this close tomorrow? I still need to submit mine. >.<
Well it was worth a shot. Sorry the contest didn’t pan out.
It’s no big deal. I’m going to hold this open until Friday and then send out the prize. I was hoping for more of a response but maybe we can have a little more of a turn out next time.
Let’s Pack The Bowl
Burn The Natural Charcoal
Inhale The Sweet Taste
I’m not the best poet lol!
I completely forgot! maybe I should do mine now.
The best part of life
Hookah during the winter
Smoke divinely chilled
Spearmint tingling tongue
Icy lips wrapped around hose
Inhale the smooth silk
Out come the white clouds
Thick, creamy, and delicate
The best part of life

Friends like to blame me
for social smoke,
The hookah always invite’s
And nobody can say one bad thing,
Thoughts of irony and good smoke.
